Barbecued Meatballs

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. oatmeal
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Cooking oil
Barbecue Sauce:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. liquid or powdered smoke
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic powder sauce

In large mixing bowl thoroughly mix meatball ingredients. Form into meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour and in skillet, brown on all sides. Remove from heat. Flash freeze. In mixing bowl mix sauce ingredients. Once meatballs are flash frozen, transfer to freezer bag. Pour sauce over meatballs and freeze. To serve, defrost meatballs, place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
