3 c. apple cider
1/4 c. sugar
2” piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
2 (3”) cinnamon sticks
4 regular or decaffeinated tea bags
Bring cider, sugar, cinnamon and ginger to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea bags, cover and let steep five minutes. Strain and serve hot. Makes two cups.
