2 Tbsp. butter
Bite-sized tender stew meat or steak
1 can beef broth
2-3 beef bouillon cubes
1 can golden mushroom soup
Roll meat pieces in flour. Brown in buttered pan with two tablespoons butter. Season with garlic pepper and seasoning salt. While browning, add sliced onion and minced garlic to taste. Place in greased crockpot the beef broth, mushroom soup and bouillon cubes. Rinse out cans with some water; more water can be added or another soup. Add meat, carrots, celery, potatoes, corn and beans to broth mix. Put in veggies that you like, or leftover veggies that you might have in refrigerator. Cook in crockpot four – eight hours, depending on using high or low. If broth isn’t thick enough, thicken with flour. Season to taste.
