Butter-Fried Venison Chops

1/2 lb. venison chops
1/2 – 3/4 c. butter
1 – 1 1/2 c. Bisquick or flour
Seasoning salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic salt

Season Bisquick or flour to taste.  Place chops in large plastic bag and pound meat for extra tenderness. Roll chops in flour mix and fry in butter until cooked, approximately seven minutes per side. Do not overcook or meat will be dry. This recipe can be used for any type of wild game chops or steaks, such as elk, antelope, bear or moose.
