Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 14, 2011 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Richmond, MN for Rick A. Dingmann, age 35, who died Monday. Inurnment will be in the Sts. Peter & Paul parish cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Wenner Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will continue from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Friday morning at the funeral home.
Rick was born in St. Cloud, MN to Donald and Mary Ann (Thomes) Dingmann. Rick’s dreams and ambitions were always too large for this world. He was a jack of all trades; carpenter, gardener, artist, and a tinker with bikes. Rick was a great fisherman, nature’s best friend, a loving son, brother and wonderful uncle.
Survivors include his parents, Mary Ann and Donald Dingmann; brother, Daniel (Mallory) Dingmann; goddaughter, Samantha Dingmann; birthmother, Sally (Mike) Foiles; half-brothers, Eric, Jordan, and Nick Foiles; grandmother, Lorraine Thomes; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gregor and Magdeline Dingmann, and Gregor Thomes.
