Savory Oven Baked Chicken

1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, optional
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
6 – 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 375º. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and garlic in bowl. Dip one chicken breast at a time in butter mixture, place into bread crumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breast into ungreased 13×9 inch baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. 6 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
