Crispy Avalanche Bars

2 (6 sq) pkgs. white chocolate
3 c. crisp rice cereal
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. candy-coated chocolate pieces (M&Ms)
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Microwave chocolate and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl on high two minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Stir in cereal; cool five minutes. Add chocolate pieces and marshmallows; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13-inch by 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into bars.  Option: Cut into bars. Melt four squares semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package. Dip corner of each bar in melted chocolate, covering half the bar. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
