Triple Chocolate Brownies

1/3 c. butter
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. white chocolate chips
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:  4 oz. milk chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter

Melt butter and chocolate together. Set aside to cool. In small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl beat eggs. Blend in sugar. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and white chips. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 325° for 18-20 minutes. Cool. For icing, melt milk chocolate and butter together. Spread over cooled cake. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
