1 (8 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. commercial steak sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. veg. oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 fully cooked 1” thick ham slice (about 2 lbs)
Combine cranberry sauce, steak sauce, sugar, vegetable oil and mustard; stir well. Trim excess fat from ham slice. Place ham in lightly greased 13-inch by 9-inch pan; broil 5- to 6-inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn ham and spoon sauce mixture on top. Broil 15 minutes. Serves 6.
