Garlic Lover’s Chicken Caesar Salad

1 (10 3/4 oz) can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 c. fat-free shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 grilled boneless chicken breasts, in 2” strips
1/4 c. balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 heads Romaine lettuce, torn into 2” pieces
1/2 c. fat-free herb-seasoned croutons

For dressing, combine soup, broth, vinegar, 2 tablespoons cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Combine lettuce and 1 cup dressing in large salad bowl; toss well to coat. Top with chicken and croutons; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Makes eight servings.
