Yogurt Fluff

3/4 c. boiling water
1 small pkg. sugar-free low calorie gelatin dessert, any flavor
1 (8 oz) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
5 Tbsp. thawed whipped topping
Ice cubes
1/2 tsp. vanilla (opt)
1/2 c. cold water or fruit juice

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least two minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold water (or juice) and ice cubes to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice. Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Pour into five dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm. Top with whipped topping. Makes five servings. (Exchanges: 1/2  cup yogurt, 1 cup starch).
