Broccoli Salad Supreme

10 c. broccoli florets
1 c. sliced celery
6 c. seedless red grapes (about 3 lbs.)
6 green onions, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
1-1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, grapes, celery and onions. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Just before serving gently stir in bacon and almonds. Makes about 20 servings.
