Crockpot Tuna Casserole

2 (7 oz.) cans water-packed tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, partially thawed

Combine all ingredients in lightly greased crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on low for seven – nine hours or on high for three – four hours.
