Memorial services will be private at Peace Lutheran Church in Cold Spring for Donna Jane Peterson, age 83, who died Thursday at Assumption Home.

Donna Jane was born in Lennox, SD to Fred and Beaulah (Helm) Petersen.  She was a loving Mother and Grandmother who loved doing crafts and singing.

Survivors include her children, Jeffrey (Judi) Babcock of Lake Oswego, OR, Judith (Dan) Stauty of Cold Spring, Lincoln (Sarah) Bjorkman of Westport, CT; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Judith (David) Jerde.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
