CentraCare, Long Prairie to sponsor health fair

CentraCare Health System, Long Prairie’s second annual 5K Family Walk/Run and Annual Health Fair is being held at the LPGE High School Saturday, May 12.

There will be many great booths at the Health Fair that will run from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The Lifelink helicopter, fire trucks and ambulances will be on site for the kids to check out.

The Police Department’s annual Bike Rodeo for the kids at 9 a.m. is in the planning stages.

Anyone who wants a T-shirt needs to register for the 5K by April 23. After that date, a T-shirt can’t be guaranteed.

The cost is a free will donation to CentraCare Health Foundation – Long Prairie, which will be used for medical equipment/item purchases. All donations received will remain in Long Prairie.
