Broccoli with Ham Chowder

2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can evaporated milk
2 c. ham, diced
2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix flour and evaporated milk in slow cooker. Add other ingredients except cream. Cook on low seven hours or on automatic for four hours. Before serving, stir in cream and heat. Makes six servings.
