1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 c. vinegar
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 (5 oz.) can light evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. dill weed
In medium bowl combine cucumber and onion. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onion; toss well. Chill before serving. Makes six servings.
