Frank ‘n Stein

2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 lb. hot dogs
12 oz. beer

Heat oil in large skillet and saute onion until soft. Add sauerkraut and caraway seeds to skillet and mix well. Place hot dogs on top of heated mixture; pour beer on top. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Makes four servings.
