Sally’s Sufferin’ Succotash

3 Tbsp. oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 c. creamed corn
1 lb. hot dogs, chopped
2 c. cooked lima beans
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. sugar

In large skillet heat oil and saute onions and green peppers until they become soft. Add hot dogs and cook for a couple of minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Makes four servings.
