Fred Ostendorf of Sauk Centre drives his 1956 International pickup, which was restored to be identical to a truck he owned in the early 1960s. Riding with him is his granddaughter, Victoria Noe of Holdingford and her dog. Upsala native Heidi Edin La Coursiere of Little Falls drives her 1972 PontiacLeMans. Riding next to Heidi was her husband, Ric, and the back seat passenger was Heidi’s niece, Becky Betterman of LaPorte. Sleeping through every loud horn and siren was three-week-old Haakon Dalsing, safe and secure in a pack carried by his daddy, Ben Dalsing of Albany. Upsala City Administrator Adrian Welle comes up smiling after being submerged in the dunk tank at the Party in the Park. Among many kids scrambling for candy were (from left): Clayton Kostreba, Lexus Wilczek, and Jordyn Kostreba. Clayton and Jordyn are the children of John and Connie Kostreba of Holdingford and Lexus is the daughter of Galen Wilczek and Debra Stanoch of Bowlus.
