Tomatoes Au Gratin

4 large tomatoes
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Gently squeeze pieces to remove seeds and excess juice. Place tomatoes cut side up in small baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. In small bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, lemon juice, oil and garlic powder. Carefully spoon mixture over tomatoes and into cavities left by the seeds. Bake for 15 more minutes or until tomatoes are softened and crumbs are lightly browned. Makes four servings.
