Green Pepper Pesto

2 green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. fresh basil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds

Blanch peppers in boiling water for five minutes. Drain and transfer to food processor. Add rest of ingredients and process until smooth. Makes about 1-1/4 cup.
