Mulled Cider

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 qts. apple cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 (3”) stick cinnamon

Combine sugar, salt and cider in 3-qt. saucepan. Tie spices in cloth bag; add to cider mixture. Bring to boil; simmer for 20 minutes. Remove spice bag. Serve hot.
