Crab Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. sour cream
1 container cocktail sauce
Onion, diced
Mock crab, diced
Pkg. of cheese, cheddar or mixed
Black olives, sliced or diced
Optional: diced peppers, tomatoes, green olives

Mix cream cheese with sour cream. Spread out on a platter or tray (like the size of a pizza pan – best with edges). Add cocktail sauce on top and cover evenly. Layer onions, mock crab and cheese and top with black olives and/or other toppings. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with chips or crackers.
*Can use shrimp instead of crab.
