Cream Wafer Cookies

1 c. butter
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. flour

Mix together and chill 1 hour. Roll out very thin, cut into 1-1/2 inch circles and prick with a fork. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes.

Filling:
1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together with an electric mixer. Frost the bottom of a cookie and place another cookie on top (like an oreo). Enjoy!
