St. Michael’s Hospital & Nursing Home and Lakeshore Estates will join CentraCare Health System Dec. 1 and will change it’s name to CentraCare Health System – Sauk Centre. All of the friendly, caring and skilled professionals from St. Michael’s will continue to care for you in your local clinic, hospital and nursing home. www.centracare.com
