Dale R. Stevens, 69 year old resident of Cushing, MN, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Lakewood Healthsystem in Staples, MN. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Stein Chapel in Long Prairie.
Dale Robert Stevens was born on June 15, 1943 in Lake Wilson, MN to the late Donald and Yvonne (Davis) Stevens. He currently lived in Cushing, MN where he raised horses.
Dale is survived by his son, Chad Stevens; his girlfriend of 17 years, Janice Totz; and 6 sisters, and 5 brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
