Funeral Services will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at the Wenner Funeral Home in Richmond, MN for Michael Lockhart, age 34, who died Sunday at his home.
There will be a gathering of relatives and friends from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.
Mike was born in St. Paul, MN to Rick and Wendy (Petter) Lockhart. He married Alyssa Schaaf on July 9, 2011 at the Schaaf’s lake home in Richmond, MN. Mike worked as an account Service Manager at Menards. He was a volunteer fire fighter and Captain for Chain of Lakes Fire and Rescue.
Survivors include his wife, Alyssa; son, Aidan; parents, Rick (Kathy) Lockhart, Wendy Lockhart; grandparents, Ron and Nancy Lockhart, Diane Petter; parents-in-law, Jim and Deb Schaaf; sister-in-law, Sadie Holthaus; brother-in-law, Dean Holthaus; 2 nephews, and several extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wilbur Petter, and brother, Tom Lockhart.
