Fish Baked in Milk

2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 lbs. fish
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Melt butter in baking pan. Place fish in pan and sprinkle with salt. Add water and milk and bake in moderate oven (350º) until fish is tender.
