Cherry Tomato Salad

1 qt. cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1-2 tsp. minced fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. minced fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar

Place tomatoes in shallow bowl. In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and sugar; shake well. Pour over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate. Six – eight servings.
