Chinese Cashew Tuna

1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (5 1/2 oz) can chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles in slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low five – nine hours or on high two – three hours. Serve over chow mein noodles. Four servings.
