2 lbs. hamburger
1 qt. sauerkraut, rinsed
16 oz. pkg. wide noodles
2 cans cream soup
1 cup water
Brown meat and drain off grease. Put in baking dish. Cover with rinsed kraut. Put uncooked noodles over kraut. Mix together soups and water. Pour over noodles. Bake 15 minutes at 375º oven. Take out and stir. Cover and bake another hour. Add more water if too dry. Can be reheated or frozen. Serves 10 – 12.
Note: Can use low salt broth instead of water if too dry.
