Sauteed Spinach with Mushrooms

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 lbs. fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and torn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender. Add spinach and cook four – five minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
