Rhubarb Bars

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. milk
2 c. cut-up rhubarb
1/4 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, egg, margarine and milk. Pat into a 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan. Cover with rhubarb and gelatin. Mix butter, sugar and 1/2 cup flour, place on top of rhubarb. Bake at 350° until done, about 45 minutes.
