Blueberry Salad

2-1/2 c. water
1 box Blue Raspberry Jell-O
2 boxes tapioca pudding (not the instant kind)
10 oz. pkg. frozen blueberries
1 regular size container Cool Whip
Fresh blueberries

Bring the water to a boil. Add the dry Jell-O and tapioca mixes. Bring back to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over the frozen fruit in a large bowl. Chill untils soft set; add Cool Whip. Garnish with fresh berries.

Variation on salad:
Strawberry: use strawberry Jell-O and strawberries for the fruit portion.
Raspberry: use raspberry Jell-O and raspberries for the fruit portion.
Mandarin Orange: use orange Jell-O and 1 can mandarin oranges (drained) for the fruit portion and another can (drained) for garnish.
