Sugarless Oatmeal Cookies

3 ripe bananas
1/4 c. skim milk
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt margarine in small saucepan on low heat. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Let stand for about five minutes until oats are wet. Lightly grease cookie sheet. For each cookie spoon out about 1 tablespoon of dough and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake cookies in preheated 350° oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for about one minute. Move to wire racks to cool. About 30 cookies.
