Hamburger Chow Mein

1 lb. ground beef, browned until it changes color

Stir in:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. diced celery
2 c. water
1 can bean sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. soy sauce

Blend well. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°, stirring every 1/2 hour. Serve over chow mein noodles.
