Pumpkin Pie Squares

Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix with fork until crumbly. Press into 9-inch by 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

While baking beat well:
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 (13 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger

Pour over hot crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

Mix:
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Sprinkle over top and bake 20 minutes or until filling is set. (Test as for pie.) Cool and cut into squares.
