Spaghettic & Shredded Zucchini

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
2 medium zucchini, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. milk or half-and-half

Prepare spaghetti as label directs. Meanwhile, in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook zucchini in hot butter until tender, about five minutes. When spaghetti is done, drain. Return spaghetti to saucepot, add zucchini and remaining ingredients. Over low heat, toss spaghetti mixture until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes four servings.
