Warm Artichoke & Salsa Dip

1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. bottled green salsa
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or white cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. snipped fresh cilantro
Assorted dippers – carrot slices, celery sticks, sweet pepper strips, crackers, toasted baguette-style French bread slices

Drain artichokes; coarsely chop. In small saucepan combine chopped artichokes, green onions and salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream and cilantro. Serve immediately with dippers. Makes six (1/4 cup) servings.
