1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. starter
Cover and let stand overnight. Then add:
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/4-1/2 c. water
Stir until mixed. Bake as you would regular pancakes. Do not overcook pancakes; turn as soon as first bubbles start to break. Makes about 12 medium pancakes.
