Mike Bushard of Sauk Centre appointed to Minnesota National Bank Board of Directors

Minnesota National Bank is pleased to announce that Mike Bushard of Sauk Centre has been appointed to the Bank Board of Directors.

Mike and his wife Jeanne purchased Modern Farm Equipment in 1995 from Jean and Pat Fiedler. They purchased their second location in Pierz  in 2012, which was an existing New Holland dealership.

Their company has 30 full and part time employees. Mike has been active in the community by being on the Sauk Centre Sno-Cleats board, the Chamber of Commerce, and serving on his church council. Mike and Jeanne have four children and two grandchildren.

CEO Paul Skorheim says “Mike has purchased and expanded his small business over the years, which gives him firsthand knowledge about all it takes to manage a successful business. With his business, he works with farmers, which also gives him a wealth of knowledge about agriculture.

“All of his experience will be a benefit to Minnesota National Bank in directing our product offerings and issues with our other farm and agribusiness customers.  We look forward to his involvement as a board member of Minnesota National Bank.”
