Super Simple Fruit Salad Dessert

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
6 bananas
1 (20 oz.) can peach, lemon or apricot pie filling

Cut the bananas and pears into one inch size pieces. Add the pineapple chunks and pie filling. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of coconut on top, if desired.
