Fettucine with Sausage & Mushrooms

Fettucine noodles
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage – cut in pieces
1 lb. mushrooms, sauté in butter until brown
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Cook fettucine noodles until done. Add to sausage and mushrooms. Add sour cream. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Put in bowl. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and enjoy. (You can add cottage cheese and dill and you have a winner – if you don’t have dill, add chopped green onions tops.)
