Apple Slaw

1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 large red apple, cored and diced
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pinepple, drained

Whisk cream, mayonnaise and sugar in large bowl until sugar has dissolved. Gently fold in cabbage, apple and pineapple. Refrigerate until serving time.
