No Bake Peach Cream Pie

1 chocolate crumb crust
3 to 4 large fresh peaches
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3-1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream (whipped) or 1/2 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Peel, pit and slice peaches. Put half into crumb crust. Soften cream cheese. Add 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar, pudding mix and milk. Mix until fluffly. Add whipped cream with 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar or 1/2 carton Cool Whip and lemon extract. Put half of mixture over peaches. Add rest of peaches and then pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
