Cookie Dough Dip

by Erin Schlieman 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. toffee bits Mix together the cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with apple wedges, chocolate graham or honey graham crackers.
